Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority,  So if you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us and we will fix it..

  • Please inform us within 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, leave it to us to arrange collection for return.
  • If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the items.

How to request a return

  1. Call our customer service team on 0117 4402 989 or email us using your order number as subject
  2. We’ll we will then arrange a collection of item/s
  3. Return the clothing / signage to us in their original packaging

 

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty. Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.

 

Artwork Requirements

We would ask that you aim to upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo. We can accept the following file types up to a maximum of 50Mb.
jpeg, jpg, png, gif, tif, tiff, svg, pdf, ai, eps, ps, psd
